Women have shown the world how they are great business leaders, Women become very successful leader in
an organization as she communicate well and take initiative and also women have
high emotional intelligence.She understand others need. Women are very
innovative, self-confident, presenting decisiveness and so on.
Many Researchers have
chosen some of the successful women Leader and took interview to know how they
attain goal and become very successful in their life as manager in an
organization and home as well. Women come up with words saying that their high-demand positions mean nothing if they can’t influence others to believe in their mission.

leadership is “Private Journey”. They have to take hard decision in board meeting (closed
doors) by putting makeup in a different dressing style for a high paid salary but
after going home they have to manage their family and also while going late to
bed they will think about the board meeting
problems, actions to be taken and so on.
They face both good
and bad times and they are good in managing both. So I conclude by saying that they experience hard situations and
learn their managerial skills by doing their duties to become successful and attain their
vision, goal.
