There is no exact common
formula for an entrepreneur. And no one is a born entrepreneur. It is a learnt
set of Characteristics, which makes them successful.
Skill
Skill
Skill
is nothing but the ability to do something well. For anyone to start a business,
they must have an expert skill in any domain of his knowledge. Skills must
cover up to date technologies, in depth. Knowing things are not important, but
to what extend you know things is important. That shows your unique skill level.
In today’s world the skill you posses, would be similarly posed by more than 10
people. So think how good is your skills are???
Commitment
Commitment is the
state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity. Either an engagement
or obligation that restricts freedom of action. When we do things we like, we generally
temp to forget the world. It is better to be bit awake and rest stay back in
your world and give your whole hearted input to things you like, to things
which you are passionate about. Entrepreneur is a long-term commitment, and
attempting to plan as much as possible at the beginning is a noble impulse. In
reality, however, planning for everything and having a ready solution for all
possible risks may prevent you from even taking the first step.
Discipline
Discipline is
the practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behavior,
Entrepreneurs enjoy what they do. They believe in themselves and are confident
and dedicated to their project. Occasionally, they may show stubbornness in
their intense focus on and faith in their idea. But the flip side is their
demonstrated discipline and dedication. For any entrepreneur to start up, there
would lot of pressures from the world. In spite of all these things he is too ethical.
Personal qualities and
their correct demonstration with the right stakeholders are the determining
factors for success or failure as an entrepreneur. There are various institutes
where one can develop their entrepreneurship.
